Using a QD Swivel Stud Adapter

I've upgraded from my old Harris Ultralite Bipod to the Atlas. I've installed the Atlas BT15 and BT17 on several rifles to allow for easy swaps. I can change to a QD sling adapter on several of my existing slings. I also have several slings that have the swivels sewn into the sling. Do any of you have any real world experience using the "QD Swivel Stud Adapter"? These look entirely practical and effective but I'm concerned about their durability/reliability. I've only found what appears to be Chinese manufacturers for these items so that also gives me pause.
