I am not looking for any specifics but my brother and I drew archery tags for the Fillmore unit in Utah. I know it isn't a premium unit but was hoping to get some helpful tidbits on some general information for the unit. Anything would help as I am from north Idaho and will not be able get down there before the season.

Some of the information that I am looking for,
Camping areas?
How much water is available for both drinking and for the animals,
How well are the roads maintained.
How much non-hunting recreational activity is in the area,

Any information would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

I hunt beaver area, not far from Fillmore
But still a different area

Pretty dry, You will want to locate water sources with draws for escape routes

They leave fields really early so plan to be a few miles away from them at daylight

I have hunted the west desert and seen great bucks

The water is your friend

i think there's enough water to go rounds for both hunters and Animal, but you should also carry you one supplies.

Depending on what part of the unit you are hunting. Their are lots of camp grounds and spots off most roads you can camp in. If your camp is lower in some main canyons their are creeks running for water.a lot of the roads you can take a truck on if you have a wheeler even better. If you have questions about areas your looking at message me.
