Utah BLM land to shoot long range

Does anyone in Utah have any spots they would like to share that are BLM where I can go shoot long range? I know there are fire restrictions and no tanneries and all that. I’m just finding that the maps are not very detailed that BLM offers. I am in slc area and am open to driving a few hours to find somewhere nice.

I'm in Wyoming have no experience with Utah but I can tell you from my experience all BLM is open to recreational shooting. Unless I otherwise noted. Call your local office to make sure.

I think some of the stuff down by Utah Lake is shut down to shooting in response to trash and fire issues.
I'm further north of you but if you're willing to drive a couple hours there are plenty of options.

There’s some great stories of John Popper from Blues Traveler stopping the tour bus in Utah, setting up his .50 cal on the roof of the bus and having at it.
