Vehicle Maintenance app/software

I service some equipment for a couple of guys on the side. A few pickups, lawn mowers, generator and such. Anyone have a recommendation for an app or software that would be good for tracking repairs and preventative maintenance? No shortage of ones when you search, but I have never used one before so any experience would be appreciated

I'd probably just use an excel Google doc. One doc per customer and one page per unit.

An Excel spreadsheet? Or any spreadsheet for that matter. For the phone or computer? Google sheets would work if using Android.

Ideally phone and compute. Tracking maintenance/repair costs and being able to schedule repairs from a phone would be a plus also.

That's kinda what I'm doing now, but if you could create work orders via phone would be nice
