Used for an elk hunt and a mule deer hunt with a manfrotto head. I installed a 3/8 thread adapter with loctite on the bottom of the center coulumn so that I could run a bigger head on it. So now it has 1/4" threads on one end and 3/8" on the other. The weight hook only screws onto 1/4" end.
