Looks like ring marks but they are not. It’s locktite and you can scratch it off with your finger nail. Finger nail polish remover may work but I’ve not tried it. No dents and the lens are perfect and include the butler covers....

Sweet little scope. Just 8.5 oz. Would go great on a little 7.62x39 bolt gun like a CZ 527 or Ruger ranch.
