My cold weather shelter needs are being met with my stable consisting of a SO 16 man Tipi, SO Redclif, Cabelas Bighorn Outfitters tent, Four Dog Stove, and SO XL Titanium Stove. I typically hunt with a group of 3-4. Im a family of 5 with two young boys who will be starting to come scouting and camping with me during the warmer months.

Im in need of finding a 4 person sized shelter that I can use when camping / scouting with my boys. Because it will be more of a warm weather shelter and bugs will be more prevalent, Im not considering tipis or floorless.

I have been reading up on either the MSR Papa Hubba or a Hilleberg Red Label Katium GT. A common theme Im finding is the Hilleberg is built out of better materials, but seems to have condensation issues.

Any opinions are welcome.

The Kaitum has much better ventilation than the ones you hear being mentioned with condensation issues. Namely the Akto and Enan. Much bigger vents and vestibules on the Kaitum if you get the GT series.
