It's been a slow season here in our area, with a lack of water and low bird numbers. This last weekend was phenomenal though, with plenty of both.

Been a very slow year for us in the PNW.

I'll second that. I had regular, albeit moderate luck jump-shooting small water in Central Oregon, but it was another rough year. Now that season is over though the ducks have found our marsh and we're seeing more pintails than we have in a looong time. Also of note; geese seem to be doing really well.
