What Adapter for Canon DSLR to STX Scope?

I have a Canon 5D3 (full frame) that I would like to attach to my STX spotting scope. Inwouldblike to ask if the Swarovski part #TLS APO 43 the right adapter for it? Also it mentions that the package comes with T2 adapter, does it fit Canon EF mount? Anybody used this system to take long distance pictures? If yes, does the adapter cause vignetting?
