I've done Deer, Elk, Moose, Bear, small game.
I'm lined up for Antelope, Aoudad & Caribou in the next few years...

What's next while I'm still able to walk a few miles ???

This getting old stuff is taking it's toll..... gotta do it while I can.

Africa is out, because I can't eat it.

Anything I'm missing out on ??

Mountain goat, whatever native species of deer you do not have, axis deer (TX or HI), one of the turkey slams, wolf, etc.

I've recently started calling Bobcats.
I also love hunting Feral Hog.
Gonna try and get a nicely plumed Purple and Common Gallinule
for the Taxidermist this year.

Turkey! Pleasant weather, tasty table fare, and the challenge/excitement of conversing back and forth with a cagey old Tom. If you have the time, do a grand slam and get all the subspecies.

Just curious, since you said "Africa is out, because I can't eat it." - Will you (or did you) eat your Aoudad?

Coues deer seems like a fun challenge...

Two-legged cougar if you are single!
Back in the day, I mounted numerous. Even after all the years that have past, I still find them plentiful. I find that even the very young adult ones gander at me much too long. The hunting is not exactly challenging; but I guess that is why there is an unlimited bag number.

I know they aren't exotic or anything but I personally thing a sitka blacktail hunt would be one for the memory books.

I have done muley, whitetail, and elk so far in my career. I am headed on a Coues deer hunt in 2021 providing I draw the tag. After that I need to start looking at the calendar and go after some blacktail.

Maryland Sitka deer

Texas for a bunch of options (even though might be high fence, tens of thousands of acres might not “feel” high fence)

Bison

International hunts; Norway, Greenland etc

Aoudad can make excellent table fare if cared for properly. Just remember your talking about shooting a 10+ year old critter. It’s gonna be tough. Slow cooker and ground are your friends there.

As for other animals to chase, mountain goat would be the top of my list.
