What are you guys/girls using for powder on 144 LRHT Bergers ?

I am starting to work up a load for my 6.5 PRC 24" barrel 1-8 twist short action. I have not found alot of information out there on the 144's I will take any information that I can get. I have N565, N570, H1000 and some Retumbo. Thank you in advance.

I don’t have a 6.5 PRC but do have a 6.5 SAUM with an improved case. I use H1000 with 140 class bullets. Your barrel throat will thank you.
