Ohio governor and physician estimates at least 100,000 may be infected in Ohio alone based on the sickness with symptoms that have check in to hospitals and dr offices, they don’t have enough test kits to verify or even check.

At least their governor had to stones to tell the truth. I’m convinced the virus is out there in these numbers in more places than Ohio.

Does that mean 2300 people are gonna die? Or are we going to find out that the death rate is inflated? Time will tell

There were some I started to argue with on here Tuesday night but I thought I’d just let them run with it for a little bit, I have family members 1 doctor, 1 nurse practitioner and 2 RN’S, 2 weeks ago they were like a lot on here and other places “just gonna be mild to bad cold symptoms” by Wednesday after several meetings their mood and opinion had changed to “we’re getting ready for the worse “ and sounding less confident, our governor just shut down schools, talk of courthouse closings (I know that’s gonna happen) and our Utilities are now devising plans (all TVA electric supplier offices now closed to public, bill pay is online or bank draft) you will not be allowed to walk into any office, this country is fixing to lock down and try to slow the curve (spike) so we don’t flood our hospitals so bad that we’re forcing doctors or nurses to make the decision on which lives they need to save or to let go. I know this info because I’m personally involved with our utilities and local county and city government, a change is coming across this country.

Anyone got a crystal ball they can look into that will see how the Kung Flu will affect 2nd and 3rd season draw odds in the Gunnison Basin for 2021?

Fist fights in the local grocery store parking lot today over parking spaces. Pushing and shoving in the store, people taking things out of others carts. Pretty much the start of general chaos, city folk, they never disappoint. School canceled for my girls till April 1st/futher notice type thing also. No reported cases in my county either, yet.

God bless guns and ammunition! Times like this I wish I could personally thank the founders for the 2nd Amendment.

So has anyone here been tested or diagnosed with the virus? I was tested Wednesday and still haven’t gotten the results back. Been self quarantined since. Been spending way too much time on the forums and unfortunately started purchasing some new hunting gear. Hoping to get an answer soon as I would like to interact with the wife and kid rather than hide in the basement at night.

We just got test kits to one of our local hospitals today, it’s the only hospital within a 50-75 mile radius that’s gonna start off having the kits and we have a lot of hospitals (small) in that radius I don’t know when the others will get their kits, I’m sure someone will show up anytime and get tested now that we have a hospital in the area capable.

What symptoms were you showing?
have you been out of country or been around anyone that maybe suspected of testing positive for COVID-19?

I’m worried more about those other diseases that are spreading......liberalism and socialism. Too bad we don’t lose 3% of them once infected.

yea I think your right at the numbers. I think it has been here for longer than they thought (United States.) And I think many may have gotten it already. Some have no clue they got it. Some thought it was just case of bad flu etc.

I also think if they ever have enough test kits they are gonna be amazed at the numbers of cases but the percent of deaths will be lower than some people are predicting.

Where I live everyone is freaking out. Schools closed, events cancelled etc. But still not one case in our whole county. But I’m sure it will show up at some point.

And I’m still sticking with this is not the zombie apocalypse. It’s not end times like a lot of you say it is. But guess we will see

We have schools closed statewide, and grocery stores are madness. I watched a lady have a full on mental breakdown today....because she couldn’t find Pepsi......she was in the wrong aisle, they had plenty left. I work in the oil industry and we’re still humming along, business as usual, aside from an increase in people calling off.

I had not travelled but am in the military so a lot of my coworkers travel. I have been fighting a severe cough, shortness of breath, and a fever. Do not have underlying conditions but whatever it is I have it has put me on my ass. If it is the covid-19 I hope others who get it don’t feel the way I have. I’m a 31 year old and in excellent health and condition outside of this sickness.
