What is this tool?

Anyone know what tool this is? I was scouting this morning and ran across what I interpreted to be a firefighters camp. This tool was laying there. Looks like a 1/2 Pulaski with a hammer front welded on. Never seen one, wondering if someone here may know.

Umm. I thought that this was a Pulaski. But yes, used for trail building and fire fighting.

Thanks all. Yes, it seemed to be a firefighters camp and a firefighters tool, I think this confirms it. Glad it wasn’t a hunter’s camp!
