What Sitka insulation piece isn't too tight to access wrist watch?

I recently got the Sitka Kelvin Lite Hoody (KLH) with the intention of using it as an insulation layer. It's being layered over the Core Lightweight Crew and Heavyweight Hoody when those two layers are not warm enough. Problem is, the KLH's wrist/forearms are so tight I can't slide the cuffs up to access my watch. Even when wearing the KLH with no layers underneath, not even a shirt, I can't slide the cuffs over my watch.

What are some Sitka Insulation pieces that are loose enough to slide up, to access your watch?

I don’t think so, Simms is that way too. Wife said I’m retired now so I don’t wear a watch.
