I am having a hard time trying to figure out what spine arrows I should get. I am shooting 65 pounds with a 28 inch draw with an arrow cut to 29 with a 125 grain point. Thank you for any input.

Cant really help you with out knowing specific bow and specific arrow setup.
Other then saying 350 would problably be good.

I would go 330/340/350 spine range, and also think about cutting the arrow shorter. With a 28" draw unless your broadhead is giant and would contact the shelf or riser there is zero reason to run a shaft at 29". You can get a straighter arrow more often with a shorter shaft if you figure out which end to cut from or cut from both ends, and you can get it a little stiffer for your 125s.
I shoot 29.5-29.75" draw and run a 27" carbon to carbon shaft.

He’s the info on an Easton Axis, 65lb, 80% letoff, 340ibo, blazers and 125gr tips. This is at 29” and a pretty common arrow. The shorter you cut the stiffer or will get. I shoot 28” and arrows that are 28” CTC. I shoot collars so I need a slightly longer arrow since the collars come back onto the shaft. If I didn’t run a collar I’d probably shoot 27”.
If you like a 29” arrow they will work perfectly fine at that length.

Eason axis are also heavy arrows. I personally wouldn’t want them any heavier at 65lbs. I try to get my bows shooting right at 280fps. For me that means, 500gr with a RX4 at 28” and 72lbs. I’ve settled at 280fps because I’ve had to shoot fixed heads and they are more forgiving under 280fps. I’ve shot them up to 315fps but they are a bear to tune and everthing has to be perfect including your form. If your only planning on shooting mechanicals and deer hunting you could go a little lighter and pick up some trajectory. When I was shooting 65lbs I shot arrows that were right at 400gr give or take and killed elk with them no problem.

I am shooting a vxr with a 460-470 grain arrow with a 125 but can always just put a 150 grain if needed to weaken the spine a little.

In my opinion if you are set on a 29" arrow I'd go to a 300 spine.

I was running my VXR @ 28.5" and 65# with a 340 but the arrow was trimmed back to around 27.5", standard insert, 125 head.

I shoot 340 spine Easton Axis with 150 point weight out of my Prime Black 3 - 28.5” draw at 67 pounds. I’m using 100 grain Iron Will heads and their 50 grain insert & collar. If you want to run 29” shafts you could probably try a 300 spine if you desired.
