What to do with....

My wife shot her first turkey a few days ago. I would tike to do a fan mount of some sort a need some idea's.
Let's see some pics of what you got.

I have done five like this. Pretty easy to do and I think it does a pretty good job of displaying the fan and the beard. I have never kept the spurs.

I kind of ran out of room to display any more full fans so last year I made this one up. I will take one tail feather from each turkey and the beard. In the end I should have a fan made from a dozen or so different birds, with the beards lined out below.

Here is what I did with my tom from a couple years ago. Luckily my in-laws have a pile of old farm building and scrap wood laying around and I really liked how it turned out.
