Which broadhead for turkeys?

I used a schwacker. You want the arrow to stay in them, so the most inefficient largest expandable you can buy will usually do the trick.

Snuffers

Homemade longbow, homemade tapered cedar arrows, and Snuffers a deadly combination.
Called this one in Saturday about 5:00 in the afternoon, took him an hour and a half to come in from the first time I heard him gobble, till I shot my arrow through him. Half in half out.
9 yard shot, no bloodtrailing needed.
Patience is a virtue when bowhunting for turkeys.

I do agree that the broadhead has to stay in the bird, that is why I use Snuffers.
No open on impact heads for this traditional bowhunter.
I hit this one right in the middle of the back when he turned away from me, broadhead came out at the breast sponge, stayed in the bird.
