Here's the scoop. I bought this certified used from guns.com before the Deer season and couldn't bring myself to hunt with it. It was taken to the range one time to sight in since I bought it and has been in the box and in the safe ever since. It is in the exact same condition as when I bought it minus 20 rounds and I removed the scope and mounting hardware.

If you want additional close up cell phone pictures please message me. Again, this comes exactly as pictured minus the scope, with 20 extra rounds through it. It has the box and all paperwork.
Here is the posting from guns.com:

It sports a satin finish Monte Carlo walnut stock with cut checkering and Schnabel forearm as well as polished metal surfaces to achieve its classic look. This rifle features a forged steel receiver with integral recoil lug cold hammer forged free-floating 22 or 24 featherweight profile barrel with recessed target crown pre-1964 style controlled round feed with claw extractor blade-type ejector Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad three position safety and M.O.A. trigger system.

Details:

Blade-Type Ejector for full control of ejection force

The Model 70 action offers Pre-64 style Controlled Round Feeding a Three-Position Safety and is highlighted by a jeweled bolt body with knurled bolt handle.

This gun blue books around
$1750 I believe and I am willing to take $1650.

What I would want to trade for would be a 30.06 or 300 Win Mag Tikka and/or a CZ 455.457 American or a Tikka .22/.17HMR with cash to round out the difference between parties either way... (but willing to hear you out if you have other ideas).

Basically what I want to do is turn this one beautiful rifle into two more functional rifles as I already have a .270 that is just fine.

Here is a link from Winchester for more info if you're not familiar with this one off they did a few years back.
