Winter work boot suggestions

I work outside all year. Most winters I've worn muck boots , especially once snow gets on the ground. But they don't breathe, and by the end of shift my feet are wet with moisture build up.

They have to be waterproof and somewhat breathable. Lots of slush and snow all winter. Light insulation because my job is active. I was thinking 400 to 600 gram or equivalent. Is there a better option than the muck boot?

Hoffman Armor Pro steel toe work boots, 8 inch.
Got a pair last summer, one of the wettest, most miserable summers I can remember in SE Alaska. Comfortable straight out of the box, feet didn't get wet last summer. Wore them all winter, might have dug out the pacs once or twice, they mostly just stayed in the shop.
Finally found the breaking point for em this spring, SE monsoon, water pouring down off the Grundens, probably dumping into the laces, feet finally got wet.
Highly impressed with them.

Hoffman's are awesome. I have the pro series thins I use for work. They have 200 and 400 gram liners you can swap out for colder temps.
