4 miles on the trails with my wife and Tiny E- had a good, steep 1/2 mile, ~ 500' climb in the middle of it.

Sprint interval workout, felt like a lot of rest for the 1st 2 rounds but got pretty hard at the end.

5 miles snowshoeing with my wife and Tiny E in Yellowstone. Saw a lot of wildlife and enjoyed some really nice weather- mostly sunny and near 30 degrees
