got out this afternoon with Tiny Elvis for 6 miles- 1200' gain in the first 2-ish miles, add in a foot or so of loose snow and it made for tough one (of course doing squats this morning I'm certain helped!)

10 miles of some really (really) tough backcountry skiing- bucking 3'+ of powder, blowdown and all with a 20-ish lb pack- made the giant double cheeseburger, fries and two IPA's go down pretty easy :D

10 calorie row plus 5 ring MU
1 squat clean + 2 front squats + 1 jerk (start @ 65% 1RM C&J, work to a heavy set)

6 Minutes for max calories (with a partner)
Assault bike and ski erg alternating
20 seconds on, 20 seconds off 1 partner works at a time
