60 1 arm DB clean and jerk 50#

120 cals assault bike

Both partners run at same time, can't start on exercises until both partners are back in from the run.
35min time cap

We did this as the workout part of our archery crossfit league:
  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 30 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Coupled it with 4x 3 arrows. Could have done without the 73lb bow, but it was doable

did Murph today (52:45), probably has been close to two years since I've tried it- it's still a tough workout :)

1 mile run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats
1 mile run

I portioned the first half with 5 pull-ups/10 pushups/15 air squats, decided to try something I read about this morning- doing 50 sets of 2/4/6, as I was halfway I did 25 sets like that

in another two years might have to try the whole 50 set deal :D
