Easy day. I wanted to incorporate shooting my recurve with a elevated heart rate.

10min Treadmill max incline followed by:
2 rounds
Bench press
Sandbag to shoulder/carry stairs
Kettlebell Squats

another 10 min treadmill max incline
Then 20 yards from the deck
Good shootin

-7 Deadlifts @ 225 lbs
-30 Double-unders + 10 sit-ups
-10 Dual KB front rack lunges
-AMRAP Ass bike calories
-Rest

Dumbbell deadlift x2 sets
Sandbag to shoulder carry/stairs x4 sets
Weighted lunges x2 sets
Air Squats x2 sets

Been recovering from a death cold the last week+, finally got back into something this week.

Monday- 5 sets of Back squat to reach heavy 5rep + some ab/core stuff

Today- 1.85 mile trail hike with 70lb pack. As hilly as can be found in the lowlands of SC, which is minimal at best.

tough sledding today! 11 miles w/ a foot or more of snow for much of it and most of it crunchy :( I did find a meadow that had some fairly fresh elk tracks, probably feeding at night, but will give it another go tomorrow
