happy to report only three folks at the gym this morning :D

Wendler squats and bench 5/5/5+, pull-ups 3x10, dios 3x20

not so happy to report that a three month hiatus from weight training has sent me back probably 9 months or so :(

For time:

105 air squats
20pushups+1australian pullup
19pushups+2australian pullups
......
1pushups+20australian pullups
105 air squats

(ends up being 210 reps of each exercise)

I did a version of this with 55lb dumbells (floor chest press and bent rows) - that was dumb...chance of injuring your back with the weights, especially the last 3-4 sets of rows, due to fatigue and pushing for time Is not worth it. My lower back is sore today, luckily not hurt. Stick with the BW version.

4 mile hill workout with Tiny E, a little over a 1000' in a mile- we made it to the top in 21 minutes- not too shabby :)

crazy balsamroot and a nice shiny coated doe
