Right arm tendonitis is acting up.
Bent over rows, 185 x3 emomx10
Chin up x5 emomx5 (wore out my back, couldnt do more) pendlay rows 135lbx5x5 emom
5 rounds 135lbs
20 secs front squat
20 secs 1 arm deadlift
20 secs 1 arm deadlift (other arm)
1 minute rest

4 miles this morning with Tiny E; had to take him into the vet yesterday as he went a couple of days eating very poorly (wouldn't eat a couple of meals, poorly on a couple)- normally inhales his food in short order. Vet took xrays and blood, nothing out of the ordinary- gave him some tummy medicine to take; thought maybe he ate too much grass or something. He's back to good form today

135 power clean and jerk, hang squat cleand and jerk x3 20 secs rest between
155 clean and jerk x3 40 secs rest each
175 clean and jerk
Back down the ladder
Then 15 power clean and press 95lbs, then 15 power snatches

10 emom 30~ yd sled sprint.

Started the barr trail.... but wife got scared. Lol. So only 1.4 miles there.
Went to red rock canyon and did another 3.5 miles.
Son says he wants to come back just with dad when hes older to climb the mountain haha
