10-15: 10 one arm DB clean and jerk 50#, 10 abmat sit ups
15-20: back step goblet lunges 52#, 10 KBS 52#

You are a bit of a hammer if you can finish that. I didn't even come close.

6 crisp (upper 30's) miles with TE this morning, this afternoon

deadlifts/overhead press/chinups 10/9/8/7.....2/1 going to be sore again!

7 miles early this morning w/ TE; met a guy who said he saw a small black bear down the trail- saw some bear tracks a little further down the trail

strength trained this afternoon
squats 5/5/5+, bench 5/5/5+, pull-ups 3x10, dips 3x30, core

35 miles for the week
