4 miles, 800' with Tiny E- glad to report hiking went pretty well despite a very black and blue toe; when pulling off a weight yesterday I forgot I had put on a 2.5 lb plate- it landed squarely on top of my big toe, that will get your attention :D

Tiny Elvis and I got in 4 miles and 700' of gain; started late so everything was in the headlamp- got caught in quite a snow squall on our loop!

Have been hunting a lot the last few weeks and will for the next 4-5 to come. A little north of 45 miles the last 3 weekends. Elevation gained hiking might be 25-30 feet lol. It's skillet flat but I have climbed a bunch of trees 1 sticking. Way off track on packouts and hopefully that picks up soon. Only 1-100# deer and 1-50# hog so far.

Back from 4 days chasing muleys with my bow over somewhere east of here. Beautiful but rugged country, we put on a lot of miles and elevation. Got really close to having a shot at a stud but he was saved by a spike that happened to feed up right next to me while I was stalking.
