Got in about 20 miles and some decent elevation Thursday through Saturday chasing high country blacktails. Got to full draw on a good buck but I waited for a better angle and never got it.

Back to the gym this morning...

10 Minute EMOM:
1 back squat @ 93%


"8 Days of Hanukkah"
1 Bar MU
2 toes to bar
3 deadlifts @ 75%
4 burpees over bar
5 double DB STOH
6 DB front rack lunges
7 DB front squat
8 DB power clean

rd1: 1 bar MU
rd 2: 2 T2B + 1 bar MU
rd 3: 3 DL + 2 T2B + 1 bar MU
rd 4: 4 burpees, 3 DL, 2 T2B, 1 bar MU
...continue adding 1 movement per round til you start with 8 DB power cleans and end with 1 bar MU.
