4 mile hill workout with Tiny E, a little over a 1000' in a mile- we made it to the top in 21 minutes- not too shabby :)

Slept 30 mins past my 4 am alarm.. new reservation style of gyms sucks when that happens. So training was rushed and missed lifts cause I didnt rest enough between them.
