Back down the ladder
Then 15 power clean and press 95lbs, then 15 power snatches

10 emom 30~ yd sled sprint.

8 miles on the Helena Ridge trail with my wife and Tiny E- got it done before the heat

4 miles on the trails w/ Tiny Elvis, some clouds rolled in and the wind picked up making it pretty damn comfortable!

Started the barr trail.... but wife got scared. Lol. So only 1.4 miles there.
Went to red rock canyon and did another 3.5 miles.
Son says he wants to come back just with dad when hes older to climb the mountain haha
