I headed up to the Adirondack High Peaks this weekend and knocked 7 peaks off my list. (Seymour, Seward, Donaldson, Emmons, Panther, Couchsachraga, and Santanoni). I left the trailhead at 4:30 Saturday afternoon and headed for home at 12:30 Monday. I experienced beautiful weather along with lots of mud, rocks, bugs, and steep climbs and descents (just what I've come to expect from the 'Dacks) for a trip total of 31 miles and 10,800' of elevation gain.

@mtwarden What's up with that Osprey pack? Already cheating on the one pack for everything experiment?

75 reps per side single hand cable rows(mid body height)
75 reps rope handle rows (close grip) kneeling and reaching high above head for increased ROM

Last night a quick 1.42 mile dog walk in between rain storms

Took it easy today. Still having lots of muscle spasms in my glute/piriformis.


For Time:

Bike 40/25/15/25/40 calories
3 min rest between intervals

This was supposed to be a Row interval but I’m trying to stay away from all things Hip Hinge until this muscle strain calms down….

No arrows today, had PT instead. Dry needling for the win.
