Wolf? Coyote?

[Hunt eat repeat]

When I hear people say “not sure if it was a wolf or a big coyote” it was proooobably a coyote. I killed a monster of a coyote years ago and if he was 50 lbs I would be shocked. He dwarfs every skin I have. But a wolf at first sight usually throws people because of the size. Not a lot of critters are in that 100lb size category.

I see nothing from that picture that would make me debate in the least that it's anything other than a coyote.

I stated the opposite of what was intended. I edited my post to reflect its original intent. If you are debating whether wolf more than likely it’s not a wolf.
