Buy a Last Chance EZ green press with draw board. I did that 5 yrs ago and it has been very much worth the money.

Take a look at some draw board designs using a Harbor Freight winch. Super easy, waaay cheaper than a commercial set up.

I use the SpewingJason vice that he sells on Archerytalk. Works pretty good, not perfect, and decently inexpensive.

Keep an eye on the Archerytalk classifieds. Various items pop up all the time.
