WTB Land owner tag

Hey guys like title says I'm looking for a landowner tag preferably in New Mexico or Colorado (Coming from Texas and time is at a premium). Not looking for trophy ranches/units more than anything just looking to get opportunities at ANY legal Bulls without the pressure of public land. This will be my third year and would rather spend a few thousand on a place where I have better odds. Thanks in advance.
