I have only used the bag once on a scouting trip, no stains looks new. I ran the frame and belt with my icon 7000 on multiple trips but no stains. I will throw in two side pockets and an unused rain fly. It is the older model icon frame with the bottom stays. I am 5'8 with a 31 inch waist the pack fits me but wouldn't go smaller.
