Long ago I bought two brand new Ruger African 375’s. One went to logging camp and hunting camp,and the other lived in the closet. I would like to trade the unused one for a well used stainless model, stock style is unimportant.
Rifle is an original run African, meaning it has no muzzle break/threads, no black fore end cap, fore end mounted sling stud, as opposed to a barrel band sweated on. Thin red rubber recoil pad. I have owned this rifle a very long time and it’s only been shot four times. Checkering is completely unmarred, no dings, bluing is perfect with no loss of finish on the sharp edges.
when I bought the pair, I chose the gun with the lesser quality wood and hunted it. This one stayed in the closet.
id like to have a stainless gun in the same caliber or perhaps a 416 Ruger that someone decided wasn’t theor cup of tea. Will add pics upon interest. Located in anchorage. Thanks
