So I'm looking to apply to WY again for sheep knowing my chances are slim (13pts) but you never know. Always open for advice, suggestions, discussion.

Apply in one of the couple units that offers a random tag, if not that, then just buy a point as you're wasting your time applying anywhere else.

Never give up lol my buddy’s wife drew on the random. She only had 7 points so she was a long ways out from drawing on points

This and look at how many people are ahead of you in points, you could save a boatload of money not buying points if you realistically don’t have the life expectancy left to “catch up”
