It's a shame that it's changed so much. 8 years ago when I went you could still buy leftover tags over the counter, in fact, you could buy a 2nd tag in some units...now you have to apply for almost every unit.

I wonder how many of the new private land tags go unused?

It was a good 2nd round for doe/fawn tags for me. Good draws all around. Now to try to figure it out to make time.
