WY PP system

I'm just checking to make sure....
1. I have One PP for WY elk. I put in for a reduced price cow tag. If I get my 1st choice do I lose my PP even though it's for a cow tag?
2. Can I put in for a crazy high point area (I know I still might draw) don't draw get a PP then by another PP later in the year?

You can't get two pp in one year. Wyoming changed it last year so you DO NOT get a point for not drawing you have to purchase it later in the year.

Reduced price cow tags are completely unrelated to preference points. Also, you do not get a preference point for an unsuccessful application.
