Wyoming Area 78-3

Looking for a little info on area 78-3. I’m a Wyoming resident looking for an area to hunt whitetail in with a type 3 tag so I can still hunt mule deer. Is there much for whitetail on public land? I don’t mind working for it but I haven’t explored the area much and just curious on the whitetail numbers in 78, 79, 80, 81.
