Alright! I just got back and man, what an amazing hunt. After 4 days and HELL of a stalk I was able to take this stud out of Area 3. Major credit goes to Chris Scheer and Jeff Meikle who guided me under Josh Martoglio (Trails West Outfitters). Left on Friday and got back on Wednesday - Adventure is an under statement!123601

Know some guys have been asking about gear lists. Here is what I went in with (Pack in on horses):

Cabela's Duffle - Worked great and <$60

Day Pack - Badlands 2,500-3K CI (I can't recall exact model as I have had for a few years). In retrospect I would have gone with my Kifaru Lite fram with a day pack. The Badlands pack wasn't really designed to lug out 100LBS over 2+ miles.

3 Outdoor Research Dry Bags (Speeping Bag, Clothes, Puffy)

Kifaru 0 Degree Bag - Bag is great!

REI Insulated Pad - Works better, more reliable, and more comfortable than other Big Agnes pad I have.

Lowa Hunter GTX Boots (2 Pairs) - Performed great, i have been wearing these boots for a couple years and love them.

Clothes (I could have skimped more out of this but wanted to prepare for 10 days and all conditions):
- Ice Breaker 200 Top (X2)
- Ice Breaker 200 Bottome (X2)
- Sitka Traverse Pant (X2)
- Kuiu Peloton 200 Top
- Sitka Core Light Weight Hoody
- Kryptek Cronos Hoodie - Every Day under jakcet
- Kuiu Guide DCS Jacket - Performed Great
- Kifaru Puffy - Came in hand when we were glassing early on exposed points. Couple morrnings were very cold.
- Darn Tuff Merino Socks (X5)
- Wool Fold Beanie Hat - Loose so I could wear over my cap (Standard REI brand, worked great)
- Kuiu Katana Gators (Must have)
- Kryptek Rain Gear (Poseidon Line)

Rifle & Various Gear:
- Browning X Bolt 6.5 Creedmoor/ Topped with Leupold Mark 5 18x
- Kifaru Rifle Tote - Great piece of gear, keep rifle in front of you for easy access and if you fall, you won't smash the rifle and scope.
- Hornady Precision Hunter ( I brought 40 bullets just in case I lost zero for some reason)
- Solo Hunter Gun Cover (Another great pice of gear, kept rifle dry and protected. Easy to pull off.)
- Glock G20 Underwood Hard Cast - (We didn't see bears but they were always close, fresh track everywhere
we went)
- Swaro 15X SLC HD
- Tripod
- Vortex Ranger 1500
- Gerber Multi Tool - Came in handy every day!
- Allen Wrench for Rifle and Scope (Just in case)
- 2 Head Lamps (2 extra sets of battery)
- Goal Zero Charger
- iPhone w/ OnX Maps
- Inreach Device - Works great to keep family in the loop and safety must in back country.
- Climbing Stick - A must.

i'm sure I left a few things out, but this covers most everything. Thanks all.
