Wyoming PP question

Can you purchase a PP the same year as you apply? Like you can with a bonus point in MT? Just wondering. Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Mountain Life is correct: you cannot purchase a point when you apply.

You actually have to purchase a PP separately after the draw if you apply and don't draw. They used to award you one if you didn't draw but changed that a few years back.

If you draw a tag you cannot purchase a point that year.
