Wyoming unit 36

Looking for anyone with advice on unit 36 muley, preferably through pm. We haven't seen any deer yet, and have lots of questions lol. We're used to hunting early September muleys, with some success. Trying to figure out what terrain to check, how important water is, what the deer densities are, and the best way to hunt them. Not looking for spots either. We've hunted similar terrain in Sept, with success. Just trying to figure out what we're doin wrong. Thanks.
