Wyoming weather for the opener

Hot and dry and antelope will die!! Extended forecast for Douglas shows high 80's thru 08/18. Looking great for water hole baking! Ill be sitting on the 15th.

Aw, but monsoon rains may mess with your plans. Water everywhere makes for which waterhole to sit.
We've had good scattered rains so far.
Watch for thunder storms, Douglas gets the big hail.
Good luck, we'll be hunting over near Saratoga after the brewfest that weekend.

We'll be hunting from natural blinds over an irrigation ditch.

I believe there have been record rains over the last 2 months. I was told waterholes and creeks are full and flowing. I’m setting up blinds but not counting on getting to hunt them.
