Yoke tuning's effect on draw weight

I tuned a right tear out of my new bow to get a bullethole. Just wondering if it's possible I lowered draw weight doing this ? I only touched the right (top and bottom) yokes. I added 2 twists on the top and 2 twists on the bottom.

Bow is a PSE EVL
