Zeiss Terra 10x42

Seeing Zeiss terra 10x42 demo on sale, and localling that I can use with fleet farm credit.
Going elk hunting Most likely 100-300 yards, but 500 yards.

I have pair of Leupold mojave 8x42. At home I can't see more than 100 , and primary concern is low light.

Opinion on these binos, or is 8x42 enough. I see 10x42 mention alot. Thanks
