Zeiss V4 3-12x44 reticle question

Wondering if anyone has one of these scopes with the Z-Plex reticle?? For those that have used this scope would you say the reticle is similar to say a Leupold duplex reticle. The Zeiss website says its a very fine reticle so wondering if its hard to see in lower light or if like a Leupold should be OK. Seeing some good deals on this and thinking it would be a pretty good set and forget type scope.

Appreciate any info anyone can share about this scope - likes/dislikes??
