Zeiss V4 4-16x44 or 4-16x50

Hello,

Looking to put a new scope on my Tikka T3X Superlite 6.5 to replace an old VX3 4.5-14x40.
Any insight on going with either the 44m or 50mm with the Tikka? Want to go with the zmoa t30 illuminated reticle. Will be mostly for hunting in AZ. Will need to upgrade from 1inch Talley currently on the rifle as well.

I have both and prefer the 44mm. I can’t tell much difference in low light between the 44 and 50. With the 44 being smaller, I prefer it.

I chose the 44 also, I could have gotten the 50 for a little less money but wanted to keep it as slim as possible for my gun.
