Load shelf on new ultralight frame

Is there a way to attach the load shelf in the upper position?

There is nothing there to attach the load shelf too.

Supposedly they are working on something to cover up the open frame and attach the meat shelf higher up. Not sure how they are making out with that.

They do have a 'thing' that covers up the open frame and is for a load shelf. I have one here, but not the frame.......haha
