Hard to be certain, but it looks like a middle/low neck shot? Is that the POI? If so, what made him drop so quickly - spine? Nice bull BTW. Thanks.

I would guess definitely mid spine given antler movement post shot. Great bull and always a bonus not having to track.

Yes, hit him right at the neck/shoulder junction, right where the his dark mane ends. We had some weird winds in the canyon, I knew I'd get about 6" of drift, but wasn't sure exactly which way it would go. Held right up the front leg, knowing that would give me a good hit either way.
